These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the One Less Worry Moving Co. website and services.
By using our website, requesting a quote, booking a move, or purchasing services from One Less Worry Moving Co. (“One Less Worry,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms.
1. Moving Services
One Less Worry provides residential moving and related services, which may include:
- Residential moving
- Apartment moving
- Furniture moving
- Loading and unloading
- Other moving-related services agreed upon between One Less Worry and the customer
Specific services, pricing, dates, crew requirements, and other details may be provided in a separate estimate, booking confirmation, invoice, bill of lading, service agreement, or other written agreement.
If another written service agreement conflicts with these general website Terms regarding a specific move, the specific service agreement will control for that move.
2. Quotes and Estimates
Quotes or estimates provided through our website, by telephone, by text message, or through other communications may be based on information supplied by the customer.
Pricing may depend on factors including:
- Number of movers required
- Estimated duration
- Distance
- Number and type of items
- Stairs or elevators
- Access conditions
- Packing requirements
- Specialty or unusually heavy items
- Additional services requested
- Other circumstances affecting the move
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, an initial online or telephone quote is not necessarily a guaranteed final price.
If the scope or conditions of the move differ materially from the information originally provided, pricing may change subject to applicable law and any written moving agreement.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the move.
This includes disclosing circumstances that may materially affect the work, such as:
- Stairs
- Long carrying distances
- Limited parking
- Elevator requirements
- Building restrictions
- Large or unusually heavy items
- Specialty items
- Difficult access
- Items requiring special handling
Customers are also responsible for obtaining necessary building permissions, elevator reservations, parking arrangements, and access unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Prohibited or Restricted Items
We may decline to transport items that are unsafe, illegal, hazardous, prohibited by law, or unsuitable for ordinary moving transportation.
These may include certain:
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable materials
- Explosives
- Illegal substances or property
- Dangerous chemicals
- Perishable goods
- Items presenting an unreasonable safety risk
Customers should contact us before the move if they are uncertain whether an item can be transported.
5. Valuables and Personal Items
Customers should personally transport irreplaceable or highly sensitive items whenever practical, including:
- Cash
- Jewelry
- Important documents
- Passports
- Financial instruments
- Prescription medications
- Electronic credentials or passwords
- Other unusually valuable personal property
Additional rules regarding loss, damage, valuation, or liability may be included in the moving documents provided for a specific move and will be governed by applicable law.
6. Scheduling and Arrival Times
We make reasonable efforts to arrive and complete moves according to scheduled times.
Moving schedules may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:
- Traffic
- Weather
- Road conditions
- Mechanical issues
- Building access
- Delays from earlier moves
- Emergencies
- Government restrictions
- Other unforeseen circumstances
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant scheduling changes.
7. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellation, deposit, and rescheduling requirements applicable to your move will be disclosed during booking or in your service agreement.
Any applicable cancellation fees, deposit rules, or refund policies presented during booking form part of your agreement with us.
8. Damage and Claims
Customers should inspect their property and belongings following completion of the move and notify us promptly of any suspected loss or damage.
Claims relating to moving services will be handled according to applicable law and the moving agreement, bill of lading, valuation selection, or other documents governing the specific move.
Nothing in these Terms eliminates rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
9. Payment
Customers agree to pay all charges associated with services they authorize.
Accepted payment methods and payment timing may be communicated during booking or contained in the applicable service agreement.
Additional services requested during a move may result in additional charges where permitted by law and agreed upon by the customer.
10. Website Quote Requests
Submitting a quote request does not automatically create a moving contract or guarantee availability.
A booking is confirmed only after any required booking process has been completed and confirmation has been provided by One Less Worry.
11. Communications
By providing your contact information, you authorize us to contact you regarding your inquiry, quote, booking, scheduled move, or services.
Marketing text messages, where offered, are subject to separate consent requirements. Consent to marketing text messages is not required to purchase our services.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by law.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law or another applicable law controls.
Any dispute concerning these website Terms will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction, subject to any separate dispute-resolution provisions contained in the customer's moving agreement.
